FEES & REGISTRATION

At least one author MUST register paying authors’ registration fee until 12 April 2027 in order the paper be considered for presentation and included in the conference proceedings. Author registration includes the presentation of one paper. Additional presentations by the same author imply an extra cost of 150 EUR per paper/presentation.

A confirmation about the student status and the age of all authors from the university is necessary. It can be uploaded during the inscription process or sent by email to: icowefs.conference@ulo.pt with the e-mail subject “Student proof #Registration Number”, where “Registration number” will be given during the inscription process.”
